I work hard to achieve my success,
Waking up in the morning putting my mind in its best.
Thinking quietly but yet outspoken,
Once you hear my words, yes you will be woken.
I am always conscious about others and their thoughts
But most of these people are walking like robots.
They seem to always judge and point fingers
Why must the boring stay around and linger?
I try to stay positive but yet its so hard
When everyone is always pouting and laying around like a lard
My best is all that I can give,
So appreciate me and let me live.
Clever and well-written, it takes a lot to think of some good rhymes. Your poem speaks truth, not always easy to stay positive when things are truly bad.
